Absolutely delicious coffee. And strong!!! Just how I like it. Branch out and try something different than your normal latte - you won't be disappointed. Workers are nice and interior is a vibe. :)

I came back a year later and I still love this place. The food and vibes are really great. It's also dog friendly. They changed the interior and also removed the medianoche. We got the ham + cheese cubano today and it was really yummy.

Good spot for coffee!!! When I saw that this place served both Cuban AND Vietnamese coffee drinks, I knew it was a must try. Came on a Saturday around opening and it wasn't busy yet! Plenty of seating, good music playing, and efficient service. The goods: 〰 Bella Bon Bon (4/5): STRONG! Described as a caramel machiato, but better - this drink definitely packs a punch. If you don't like strong coffee, this one isn't the one for you. It was a tad bit stronger than I'm used to, but I still enjoyed it! 〰  Guava Cheese Pastry (5/5): A lot of reviews stated this pastry rivals that of Porto's so I had to get it! It was warmed and perfectly sweet. Perfect pairing with a strong cup o' joe. 〰  Paté Chaud (5/5): DELICIOUS. I do not see enough reviews hyping this up. Perfectly flaky with a yummy filling,. It blew my mind that this was plant based. It's pretty comparable to other paté chauds I've had before (all of which have had meat) I'd 1000% get this again.

We're rarely impressed by coffee, but wow--this place blew us away! It was so good we had to go back for a second round. The staff was incredibly friendly and passionate, sharing how their food reflects their culture and the dishes they grew up with. If you were there when we were, you probably heard us say, "This is f***ing delicious" more than once. Cozy vibes, amazing food--what's not to love? A true gem!

It's a super small coffee shop if you're not specifically looking for it you might miss it. The coffee here is special you can tell they care and love coffee. I ordered a mint drip which had too much of a mint flavor but the coffee itself was delicious, my husband ordered a cafe con leche and I asked if there was any sugar free options which the barista mentioned she could change the amount of sugar in it all togeher or could use monk fruit which is a better alternative to a diabetic, my husband not a avid coffee drinker like myself LOVED it and the baristas willingness to modify it to be a better fit for my husband was very much appreciated! Def a must try and daily if you can swing by. The place is rather small but the coffee is mighty!

Very minimalist vibes, very simple, and good coffee with good flavor. It feels very cuban with a little fusion. Takes me back to being in Miami and getting cuban cortaditos. I love the interior and decor it has comfy furniture with pillows and nice art. All the plants just give it the perfect good vibes and I love how if you eat there they have nice mugs and saucers for your order. Love coming here when in the area. The savory pasteles are bomb too! Definitely support local.

Amazing little dog friendly cafe! My mom and I are on a roadtrip and spending a day in Santa Cruz. Cuban-Vietnamese AND Vegetarian sounded intresting so we stopped. The cafe con Leche was really tasty. And the spring roll was absolutely delicious. You can ask for the spicy sauce to be put to the side. The waitress was super nice and helpful. The ambiance is very chill and low-key. The artwork is gorgeous! If I will ever come back to Santa Cruz, I'm stopping here again.

This place is great!! The coffee is STRONG and delicious. I had the mint Vietnamese coffee. We also got a guava cheese pastry and a vermicelli noodle bowl. The guava cheese pastry tasted just like the ones from Porto's if you've tried that. Delicious! The noodle bowl was also really good and had a lot of flavor. Love that this is all vegetarian:)

Delicious and authentic Cuban & Vietnamese coffee in Santa Cruz, served up in a vibey little shop by two dope chicks. Pastelitos that bring the Miami vibes to California. Definitely need to make my way back to the area to try more of their menu. Until then, I know they'll keep up the amazing work.

What a wonderful coffee shop. Has a great time trying out this spot. Coffee was delicious and the guava and cheese pastry delectable. Chelsea one of the owners was a complete delight and a pleasure to speak with. Very nice vibes with couches and communal tables to sit at. We decided to make a trek out to Santa Cruz to try it when we saw a ridiculous review about sugar. I wouldn't change anything on the menu how it was made was perfect and we will be back!
